"Complete Tour"??? I would say verrrry incomplete. No kitchen tour? If anything this is what sets L&L apart in what they are able to offer. It is the machine for their ability to offer the creativity they are being recognized for. I would humbly ask Evan to do a part 2, and be sure to get Cole Parkman (basically his CDC) to show you how it all comes together BTS!

"It's not just poundage and poundage of heavy, fatty smoked meat" - Why does Evan have to take shots at traditionals to justify their menu?
Let your menu and patrons speak for itself, you don't have to slam the competition. Though I'm sure @jirbybbq feels they put everything into their "Q" and menu offerings, they would never slam LandL?
