I bought mine used... I'm trying to figure out how to adjust the doors. One isn't closing all the way down.

Mine is just staying open, I press the close button and it opens back up and stays that way. It's been 30 minutes and it's still open and idk what to do.

Ok so the rhe count down to close is too long and i hit close manually and it opens right back up to the count down, i think I'm just gonna throw this thing away and get a different one or just go old school with the rubber maid one i can put my foot on to open.

From that link, Amazon says the 13 Gallon is only 22.5 inches tall. Sure that's not the 21 Gallon?
