The producers of Gumball know that the grieving creepypasta exists. In one episode, which was a little Elmore video compilation, they teased in one section that you were about to view a very creepy lost episode called The Grieving, only to instead show the show's version of Rick Rolling, a chihuahua playing a saxophone.

In The Amazing World Of Gumball, Gumball and Darwin were on the internet watching videos and one of the videos was titled “The Grieving” and when the video was clicked it appeared "This video contains graphic images. People have been known for going missing after watching. Watch at your own risk. YOU. HAVE. BEEN. WARNED." Or something like that. But it was a drawing of a chihuahua playing a trumpet. There must’ve been a connection or they heard about it. Pretty weird. It might be true. Or people made a creepypasta about it after seeing the episode.

I'm gonna make a creepypasta now:

"A few months back, i went to my uncle's house in New Jersey. He had a whole bunch of games and dvds to check out. One of the dvds he had was a Wow Wow Wubbzy dvd that he said that he ordered online about 5 years ago. He said that the dvd was hard to find because there was a episode on there that made Nick recall all dvds and stop production of anymore of them. So later that night, I popped in the dvd to see for myself. The Nick Jr logo looked normal, but that's where the more disturbing things began. There was no intro, but there was a title card, and the episode was named "Wubbzy's Sacrifice." Wubbzy was on the title card, and he was looking at a makeshift grave, and the grave had writing on it that said "Here lies my sanity." The episode started with Wubbzy waking up and looking at a calender he had on his wall. He got excited and said "Today's the big day!" He walked out of his house and gathered Widget, Walden, and Daizy. Then they all went back to Wubbzy's house. Then the sky turned dark and Wubbzy let out a sinister cackle. He drew a pentagram and asked in a voice that sounded like that of Charles Lee Ray's " WHO WANTS TO BE MY FIRST SACRIFICE?" Nobody responded, so Wubbzy decided to take matters into his own hands. He killed Widget first, strangling her with his tail. Walden tried to hide, but Wubbzy found him and killed him by biting through his skull. Then Daizy followed soon after. Wubbzy killed her by taking a power drill he pocketed from Walden's house and drilled through her brain as the animated blood splattered onto the screen. Then he dumped the bodies onto the pentagram and chanted a ritual that i couldn't quite understand. Then he turned to the screen and gave a wide grin, with the blood of Walden staining his teeth. He then said to the audience, "Satan is my god, and he will be yours too!" Wubbzy's eyes turned into realistic, but pitch black eyes and he took the same power drill he used on Daizy and drilled himself through his stomach. The episode ended with his lifeless body being zoomed in on, with that same grin he had. After the episode ended, i quickly threw the dvd out the window. Then a skeleton popped out."
