I was looking for a video on changing the oil and your video showed that I was doing it right. One thing I did to make it easier to do with all the maintenance was to also remove the frame that the seat attaches to. Just a matter of removing 6 bolts and the frame came right off. Better access to flushing water or antifreeze, changing the oil filter, fogging the carburetor and removing the battery for those of us that need to winterize.

Going to be doing all my plugs, coil packs and oil myself, too. Hell, anything else I can if something needs replacement

You're Dealership is completely wrong. You need to extract oil from a oil hose as well. When u put oil back in you put half in the dipstick hole and put the other half in the valve cover cap also. Punch a hole in the top of oil filter and turn the oil filter 360 degrees and then wait 3 minutes then fully remove oil filter. I get 3.6 quarts out of a cold engine everytime. I have worked for a powersports dealership for 13 years and have sold over 300 personal watercraft.
