Beetlejuice! Beetlejuice!...Beetlejuice! We conjured up an Honest Trailer for one of the few legacy sequels that didn't bore us to death. Did it make sense? Not really! But Michael Keaton doing shtick and Jenna Ortega doing goth-face go a long way.

I like how Cathrine O'Hara is simply too charming to cast any shade on.

I'm glad they resisted giving Beetlejuice a ton more screen time, and realized he works best in small doses. Micheal Keaton still nails the role and you can tell he had a blast.

i love that keaton only did this movie on the conditions that
1. beetlejuice isnt the main character
2. burton had to use mostly practical effects
keaton knew what made the first film good and refused to do the sequel unless those terms were met

I'm so glad this movie kept the practical lighting despite the difference in VFX. It's a tasteful update that keeps the world interesting.

Glad honest trailers wasnt afraid to straight up say why jeffery jones was written out of the movie. Every other person who talks about this movie always tiptoes around that.

Having a CHILDREN’S choir at Charles’ funeral was WILD

It's also just so nice to see Tim Burton finally feeling like he's enjoying the art of movie making again. I think he's been so caught up in the green screens and CGI of the last decade or so of his work with few exceptions, that it's no wonder going back to getting something you can interact with has been so freeing for him.

I laughed unreasonably hard at "Thursday" and "Pete Davidson in Ten Years" 😆

4:04 Idk. My black grandmother who grew up in the 60s and 70s said that the Soul Train was her favorite part to the point my grandad said she was dancing in the theater! 😂 And I couldn’t agree more! 😊

The irony that the movie sequel WB was poised to just dump to streaming because they had little faith in it's bigger viability is doing significantly better than they ever expected, and the movie sequel they had a big marketing push and strong faith in has utterly floundered in the market.

Charles' death was based on a nightmare Tim Burton had where he survived a plane crash only to be eaten by a shark.

6:23 That impression of Vincent Price doing MJ's thriller was really good actually!

The greatest thing this movie does right is bring back the nostalgia of enjoying a new Tim Burton movie again. 🥰🖤

Pete Davidson in 10 years might be accurate.

The Vincent Price impersonation at the end was wonderful. Thank you for including it.
