This is not allowed in the Neterlands. Only double connections!

This system is so much better than what we have in North America. I see this type/style even in Asia. In N. America, million different versions of electrical panels and none of them are inter-operable.

It is only allowed to make double wire connection per socket, at least in Spain.

Interesting way of doing it and quite a neat job. I'd have liked to have seen the proper twin ferrules used for the double connections. I also think an 8mm ferrule would have been more suitable for the 3x 2.5mm wires as the crimp looked under-filled, although getting the insulation in would have been tight without squashing the shield a little. Maybe an 8mm unshielded ferrule with a little bit of heatshrink?

Using a torque screwdriver in a CU is wild 😂

Reading the reviews. You can't please some people!

So you used a 10mm² ferrule for three 2, 5mm² wires.
Should not be a problem with this type of crimping tool which crimps adaptively, right?
Will try, even if it seems to be not allowed.
It is always us field sparks who try out things that are not allowed which in the end become allowed if they work😉

The use of a vacuum at the end confirms he isn’t an (American) electrician. He would have spontaneously combusted upon hitting the power switch.

The more I watch these I wonder why ferrule connectors aren't common in the US

In Russia, the rules for using tips are completely different and I think it is justified. 1. The wire should not be twisted before crimping the tip. (Cable cores may be damaged during crimping) 2. The insulation should be removed from the cable exactly along the length of the tip, so as not to cut it with scissors. (After cutting, the cores stick out of the tip by 1-2 mm, because of which it does not go all the way into the circuit breaker, this has a bad effect on the area of the electrical contact) If the first rule is not very critical, then the second affects both the aesthetics of the crimping and the contact. Please try to follow this rule or cut the wire with precision nippers. I will be very glad to see an improvement in the quality of your installation! Thank you!

You actually torqued your screws? Kudos to you! Btw, is it ok to put 3 wires inside a ferrule? If so I imagine it's the only way to put 3 wires into one circuit breaker slot while conforming to code and manuf. Instructions? Could maybe use a separate 3-to-1 combiner but dunno really how practical those are.

Is that 5v raspberry pi safe to live in a 240v distribution board? It doesn't look very insulated

Excellent work.
I just don't see how you have the time.

In south Africa we refer to them as boot-lace terminals.

Is torquing new to the electrical boxes or is it just a brand thing?

So what did you actually make here? And whats the purpose of the Pi?

What are the modules and the raspberry pi for?
