Roland BN-20 Print & Cut System | Making Full Color Transfers & Stickers

The Roland BN20 is a 20” print and cut machine that can make anything from full colors stickers and decals to custom t-shirt and more.

And it does that by being both a full color printer AND a standard vinyl cutter.

A printer cutter or print and cut machine looks like a standard vinyl cutter that you might use just for heat transfer vinyl (HTV) or sign vinyl.

Standard vinyl cutters allow you to cut out heat transfers of a single-color material.

For example, you need to put a last name to customize football jersey you might choose a roll of white vinyl to cut out that one color. Then heat press it onto the jersey.

Or you could be creating a multi-color design like the one shown, but each single-color layer is done separately and combined on the shirt. (in the case of HTV)

The BNC-20 is definitely on my list to purchase.
I already own a 54”, but I like the small footprint.
I do Silk Screen, DTG, DTF & SUB.

All this equipment takes up allot of space, especially with Commercial dryers. I honestly feel like I’m running out of room, so I like the idea of the BNC-20 because it pack a Big Punch in a small footprint.

In the event I need a much larger print I can use the big guy. I also like the idea it’s 110v because allot of my other equipment is 220v. I’m at the point if I added another piece of equipment that is 220v I have to do some major electrical upgrades!

Can this print posters as well? at least 13x19 semigloss, never had the need to go bigger than that. Just in addition to t-shirts stickers etc...
