Sir, According to order xx rule 1 court pronounced judgement witin fifteen days but in sec 33 2021 amendment court pronounced within ninety day.. to court ab section portion ko follow kry ga ? rules ko nhi ??

One thing more if the judgment is announced and decree sheet is not prepared or issued yet.... Then a party want to appeal.... when the time of appeal will start, from the date of judgement prounced or the date of decree sheet
