That's what makes him a legend. He had some big time influences. When I hear Stevie Ray Vaughan I hear Jimi Hendrix, Clapton, Freddie King Albert King. I'm sure the others that .I didn't mention. His style the an lyrics . Are just a cut above.

Can you believe he isn’t in the hall of fame? He single handedly made blues relevant again in the 80’s.

It’s called Hideway. It’s a Freddy King song. It was also covered by Clapton.

He’s playing Freddy King. SRV wasn’t the first.

Clapton said himself he didn't have the nerve to share a stage with SRV. Beck did though and later said it was a mistake and wished he hadn't done it.
