Variable "i" is hoisted, the reason is that declarations will be hoisted but initializations not.

Aman bro, if var keyword does not work/ignore under scope then that y it has print 'foo bar ' did not understand, also outside the scope it has print the same output which is 'foo bar' as I can see that there is already a var keyword which var = 'foo' which is before the scope, then y this var = foo did not come as output.
