Mechanical engineers are needed in Norway, and the GOVT welcomes them. If you want to move to Norway as a mechanical engineer, the video tells you how you can do it.
There are two ways to do it. The first is to study a mechanical engineering course in the country and get a student visa.
The second one is to get a job offer and apply for a work visa.

many ways to enter the workforce in Norway. You can apply for jobs with English as the working language - which is quite common in Norway. If you get a job, the company will search for you and get you into the country. Then you can communicate with the Norwegian authorities eventually - also together with the employer. You can apply for a visa to check out the work opportunities - but not work. Then you can change your visa status. Be careful - don't work if you don't have a visa to work - then you lose all rights.
