My Thai girlfriend Sai takes me home to her hometown Saraburi to meet her mom. Saraburi is a province in central Thailand, northeast of Bangkok. I have been living in Thailand for the last year and it was really nice to meet her mom.

I enjoyed this clip so much seeing Sai's old house and her mom and her old school. I found it very interesting because I like visiting my old house and neighborhoods also. Sai is so sweet and she was in no way an ugly duckling when she was a kid. From what I see it was a great place to grow up in. Loved seeing it.

I try not to comment much, but appreciate how positive both of you are. I’ve never heard either of you criticize or say anything negative about any one... any place... or any thing (ok... maybe the train first class cabin, but it really did suck). I love visiting my gf's family in a little village in Surin. The life is so basic and they are always welcoming. I have met her mom and dad. It is an eye-opener to see things that we take for granted. Love it.
