The best thing I keep noticing from these transformations, in Dark Cacao's too, is that they incorporate the color of their opposing beast into their form. Symbolizing that they truly have united both halves of the Soul Jam, even if its only in power rather than the physical aspect since the beasts clearly still have their power even after the Ancients "united" the power of their soul jams.

Like how Dark Cacao's form incorporates white aspects from Mystic Flour's

And now Golden Cheese having red accents on her too from Burning Spice.

Its such a nice detail.
