FINALLY!!! 35 YEARS LATER!!! lol I caught a bunch of these 35yrs ago in marco island florida in the mangroves and nobody knew what they were and all my local fish books didn't identify them either. I can finally sleep🤣🍺

in malaysia we called it as ebek, but if i'm not wrong it is the diamon trevally fish, type of pelagic fish normaly eat squid, tiny fish as part of life diet

In Japan and Hawaii, they’re called Kagami, meaning mirror. Not one of the more common trevally caught, but can weigh up to 50 lbs. Another name is Threadfin Jack.
