I watched all these people get paid so much more on unemployment then they were previously making and I just watched a friend's wife get another seven and a half months extension without asking. Why didn't everyone pay thier rent instead of buying so much stuff? Ordering delivery food every night instead of driving two minutes and picking it up.

It is a Bank bailout. Squeeze landlords to give banks free properties. If it was to help tenants, the government would just offer to pay all rents.
