The ICPSR Bibliography of Data-related Literature is a resource linking social science studies to literature in which they have been used. Over the past year, Bibliography staff have experimented with automated methods to search for literature and detect references to ICPSR studies, resulting in the expansion of the Bibliography. This effort has been supported in part by an NSF grant studying the impact of data curation on research data reuse. This session will cover updates to the Bibliography’s network and show how its citations are being analyzed to study communities of data reuse. You will learn about how resources from the ICPSR Bibliography can support your research needs including literature reviews and data discovery. Session attendees will also be able to vote in an interactive component.
