Pastirček/Hirtenlied (Avsenik)

Had it not been for him and his brother Vilko, our trio Alpski Muzikantje wouldn't exist, and neither would thousands of bands that have performed Slovenian popular folk or Oberkrainer music over Europe, North America, Australia and even Japan. Together with his brother and the rest of Ansambel bratov Avsenik/Original Oberkrainer, he created a new genre and sound by incorporating Slovenian "ljudska" (folk) music with elements of popular music at the time such as jazz, wrote over 1000 original compositions from the 1950s until his passing, with over 30 million records sold. They were one of the earliest promoters of Slovenia abroad, and took their music to incredible success through the alpine German speaking regions of Europe, all the way to Slovenian and German speaking emigrants around the world. The Avsenik brothers contributed so much to music, culture, as well as the Slovenian identity.

Das ist ein Klarinettenstück und auch wenn es gut gespielt ist, bleibt es ein Klarinettenstück und das Akkordeon sollte die Begleitung bleiben!
