I am in a relationship right now but I can tell the lyrics of the song is absolutely right. Based on my experience, I have loved my ex too much before, to the extent that I forgot to love and to value myself. And sadly we broke up. It seems I cannot live without him. I cried a lot. I have been single for 3 years and I have been loving myself through those years. Ngayon ko lng to napa kinggan at buong araw ko tong pinakikinggan para ma memorize ko.. This song made me realize that my decision was fine. I used to give all, sacrifice for the benefits of others to the extend of forgetting my health and myself. I'm not talking about someone I love but about my faith. For 8 yrs, I serve to the church.. For God, for 8 yrs I gave all that I have, leave my family, my dream and my ownself.. But giving all does not satisfy me because I lose myself.. I almost lose my insanity. Wala akong tinira para sa sarili ko. Pero what made me realize to leave was when I understand the bible verse " love your neighbor as yourself"
