Like the intro and exit man, I'd do one piece all the way from top to bottom on that gusset, maybe drill some holes in it to make it look cool.

Instead of one in middle maybe put two on there, one on each frame tube ? Brakes seem to be working better now . Good job DOG keep the vids comin !

Looking good and glad you got the brakes worked out. The gusset should be fine but like shopplay said, take and do small welds on it so it doesn't twist the frame. Keep up with the awesome videos,

Thanks for the shout out an that gusset should work fine an once its welded in you won't need the straps if nothing else grind old weld an hit them again an let them air cool an no long weld beads it will twist the frame out of shape

I hear you. I would feel the same way about that happening again but I guess all you can do is over build it this time so it can't fail. I was thinking before you mentioned it, to wrap all the way round the head stock. May be use a heavy duty eyebolt. That way if it did start to fail you could see it with regular inspections. Keep pluggin'.

If if were me I'd make one bigger to attach the top bar by the gas tank all the way down to the bottom bars.
