welcome!! i am so excited to be giving you a tour of our 2 bed 1 bath 598 sq ft apartment in right outside downtown in east austin texas. this was my boyfriend and i's first real space together and we will be moving soon so i thought it would be fun to share our space before we go. plus, we need more apartment tours of austin apartments! i do want to mention we got this apartment for a steal during COVID. before the pandemic (and under a different leasing company) this apartment cost between 400 - 700 dollars more depending on the floor. we do live in the most cost effective apartment that we could find in this specific area but you do miss out on some things (in unit washer & dryer, storage space, ease of entertaining, amenities, and there is quite expensive parking) feel free to reach out to me on instagram directly for the specific apartment! i will try to add it to this video once we are moved out and living somewhere else too. i tried to link everything i could find down below but comment if i missed anything you are curious about.

Hi there! I love watching apartment tour videos to get decor/storage/furniture ideas. Your balcony is so big. I cannot believe someone would be throwing out those awesome chairs. I think they are from target. The material looks similar to some of their pieces. And I loved those built in shelves in the entry.
