My Jpole has been relocated to it's original location. The police report has been filed and they've also interviewed my neighbors.

Your first mistake was mounting your antenna to your neighbors fence without permission, granted you two need to discuss this issue. But, your new placement is much better and I doubt you'll have a problem.

I do have to say that installing your antenna on someone else's fence, without their permission, probably was not the wisest thing to do. I don't mean to be a downer, but you clearly stated that you mounted the antenna on the neighbors fence?

If you would hang a 2m antenna from the tree you could think about a colinear antenna for 2m that tree just asking for it. Bigger range, but also better reception.
