Use to be a company called ace fabrication 1 County over from me. They built commercial restaurant equipment counter tops and sink etc. All hand welded and polished 16 ga stainless 304. I worked for the revamp company of ace called s&af. My job was stainless polisher. With that said this guy is spot on for polishing stainless. The hotter stainless is the harder (brighter) the shine is. You can even hide light scuffs using the shine. Want crazy shine industrial end grinder with 8 inch white buff wheel and white Rouge at 10-11k rpm. That makes a money shot shine.
