My Crab Apple Liqueur Recipe:

750g Crab Apples
250g Yellow Rock sugar
1 Cinnamon stick
1L Vodka

I do something similar, but I cut the apples up before and or mash them, then when it's ready just pour through a coffee filter. The cinnamon sticks a neat idea! This year I want to try sasksatoon berries.

Hello. What’s the difference in regular sugar and rock sugar? Are they interchangeable here?
