Cobra Kai is an American martial arts comedy-drama streaming television series and a sequel to the Karate Kid's original movie directed by Robert Mark Kamen. After the third season's production was completed, YouTube decided to stop producing the original scripted show and leave the show without a house. Netflix acquired the series in June 2020 and released the third season on January 1, 2021. Netflix expanded the series to the fourth season, released on December 31, 2021. The fourth season of Cobra Kai was released on Netflix on December 31, 2021, and consists of 10 episodes. This series is a direct sequel to the four original films of The Karate Kid franchise, focusing on the characters of Daniel LaRusso and Johnny Lawrence, more than 30 years after the original film. Following the first two seasons on YouTube, Netflix will release the second season. There are 12 protagonists in the season, nine of which are back from the previous season, two are added to the main cast after being repeated in the previous season, and one is a newcomer to the series that repeats the role from the franchise. Kenny Payne is a recurring character in Season 4 and main character in Season 5 of Cobra Kai. He is portrayed by Dallas Dupree Young. Kenny is the younger brother of juvenile delinquent Shawn Payne. After being the subject of intense bullying, Kenny seeks help from Shawn's friend Robby Keene, who becomes a mentor to Kenny. He turns to karate as a way to defend himself. However, he is corrupted by Cobra Kai's teachings, going from being bullied to bully. After learning the truth about Cobra Kai, Kenny quits the dojo.

Why does this debate even exist. Hawk completely destroys him, Hawk wasn't even trying at all, Miguel didn't care about holding back, he humbled Kenny for real tho, not to mention rigged ass cheating ref. It's a tournament style rigged ass fight, which was rigged the whole time, can't believe that Daniel & Johnny didn't catch the ref was making bullshit calls and he was looking at Terry Silver the whole time.

It’s a testament but if you think that season2 hawk wouldn’t wipe the floor with Kenny then idk maybe we didn’t watch the same character I’m willing to give benefit of the doubt with Kenny wining since we have seen students grow at a great rate and just like when Daniel beat Johnny Kenny just had the killer move and support of his senseis pride gave him the edge to beat hawk he had something to prove hawk was already a champion

hawk was going so easy on kenny, kenny was fighting super dirty (both his points were illegal points) and hawk was only using Miyagi do. we both know that if silver didn't pay the ref and hawk tried, he would've destroyed him. also keep in mind that Robby destroyed kenny in s4 when he was trying, and hawk and robby are basicially the same skill
