Those are fresh water shrimp you can buy here in the US flash frozen.
They are sold as “U-4’s & 6’s”. Translation 4-6 per pound. They sell them at $19.99 a pound. Minimum order is 4 pounds or $80.
I fill the top of my large grill with them seasoned with garlic oil. Leave the shell on. Cook & serve. They already come de-veined.
We buy them once a year at Christmas time for Christmas eve dinner. They make amazing left overs too
