How to make Vegetable Salad with Tofu | Quick and Easy Salad Recipe || LUTONG MAYAN

In today's video, I'll share with you my simplest way to make vegetable tofu salad. You can make tofu salad by adding any of your favorite veggies and fruits, so delicious and healthy. It's a perfect appetizer for any occasion too. I hope you enjoy the recipe, so let's start.

Ingredients
400g or 1 block firmed Tofu
250g lettuce
1 clove garlic, grated
1 large apple, sliced
1 onion, ring cut
1 small carrot, grated
1/2 cup or 7 tbsp. Mayo
1/4 cup or 4 tbsp. Ketchup
1/4 tsp. Ground black pepper (to taste)
1/4 tsp. Iodized salt (to taste)
1 tbsp. Soy sauce
