Big deal, another wave of poor conscripts forced to the front with no or little training well at least a day according to one young Russian who was wounded and left only to be rescued by Ukraine soldiers and treated, fed and clothed. Historically Russian leaders are not phased by losing a million or two soldiers well you can not call the poor fellows soldiers just cannon fodder. There are the conscripts on the front line with regular soldiers behind to shoot any that try to run or retreat and the next row behind the regular soldiers there is a row of hired killers to shoot the regular soldiers who don’t shoot the conscripts and so it goes. Russia has a sort of democracy and if it were used properly the country could become a massive export and trade country but there should be term limits so that the President can not gain so much power that it becomes a dictatorship like it currently is. Give the people a voice not a bullet in the back of the head for questioning . A peace could be brokered and concessions made on both sides. Either let Russia keep the Donbas, it has been a pain in the ass for years, let them keep Crimea like wise and perhaps work the fertile lands near the Donbas together for the good of each country. It is time NATO took a back seat and time for USA to mind its own business for a change and it’s time to throw out that absolutely incompetent government in Washington and replace it with people who are at least younger than 70 and not in complete cognitive decline, the President does not know which way to exit stage and the Vice President would have to be the stupidest person drawing breath.
