Cottage Tour | Our cosy home in the Welsh countryside 🌈

Hello friends ❤️ I've had quite a few requests for a tour of our home, so here it is! I hope you enjoy it, and thank you so, so much for taking the time out of your day to hang out on my channel 🥰

I'm off on a little solo trip to Portugal tomorrow, so I won't be posting a video next week, but I'm going to do a q&a soon so feel free to leave any questions in the comments!

Such a homely place. I love all the personal and handmade objects, it gives a home such character and warmth. You have done a great job at blending modern and vintage. My style is definitely vintage and I like my old stone cottage to feel as if I'm stepping back in time

We are from The Netherlands and have visiting Wales in the last view years and we fell in love with Wales ! It is so special in a way we cant ex-plane what it is, but it is bringing a calm sort of peace and with the help of nature bring us back on our feet. And now i see your beautiful Cottage and see the little things you bot collect like the small stones and we do the same, every time when we travel we will pick up some stones as a memory of sometimes a special place but sometimes only because the place is beautiful or we did have special moments there . We did make some good friends in Wales from a young woman with a very talented son, to a old Lady up in the eighties where we spent our Holiday last summer. I can images that special in the winter time it can be lonely and the days are dark and unpleasant, but with that warm and cosy decorated Cottage make it less lonely because it is Home where you both will be happy with cat and dog . This cottage is so lovely and you've done a great job!! You had excellent bones to work with as well...thick walls with deep windows sills, gorgeous slate floors and wonderful windows. Barbara is a stunner and your fur babies are so cute.

So warm, cosy and inviting! I love table lamps on a kitchen counter. I put some in our kitchen temporarily while waiting for the under cabinet lighting to be installed, but I think I will keep them there.
We also have a corner with a huge plant and I placed a little lamp on the floor behind it. The light bounces off the walls in the corner and it really gives the place a lovely feel and, the shadows of the leaves make a lovely pattern on the ceiling.

What a wonderfully beautiful and calm space, Love the theme of nature and all of the wonderful gifts made by Alex's mum and your mum, it must be so great having such a gifted and artistic family including yourselves. I am afraid I don't have an artistic bone in my body my efforts would make a real artist cry, but I do make things which are sometimes a bit wonky but I was told many years ago by one of my art teachers at school when a painting project made me feel inadequate, not to worry about it was my form of art and to display it anyway so I do that now, I do get some not so nice comments but I no longer worry about that. It is my house and I like it so it is of no matter what people say is it! Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful home, looking forward to more videos from you💖

Beautiful cottage Beth and Alex. I love it. I was brought up in London and lived there until my fifties when I moved with my daughter due to personal reasons, up to the Yorkshire Dales. From there onto the Lake District. Now I'm living with my daughter and her husband and all our animals on a remote farm in Scotland and I love it. No more city life for me, I dont miss it one bit!! Thankyou for giving us a wonderful calming channel to watch x

Super cute! A wooden shelf above the spare bed going across the middle of the wall would look really good in that spare room. Extra storage space too for books etc. Extra greenery in the bathroom would liven up that space too. But looks lovely as it is anyways. 😊 Great job!
