I wouldn't be where I am today without your coaching. Before, I received my Real Estate license, I watched your channel's, internalized scripts. It is 100 effective! I have been a Realtor for almost 2 years now. My first year as a Realtor, I have sold 11 homes and turned my first renter into a Buyer. Being consistent, confident, and making calls everyday, your guaranteed a few listing appt's. I get a 2-3 listing appointments a week. Jackie, This was one of my favorite videos of yours.... I've learned through hard experience back when I was calling regularly, that 4 hours is the absolute maximum I can spend on the phone daily and not get completely burned out....

The door knocking is a different approach with a different feel than phones, and that's how I took my first listing in 2020. It's a good way to add two more hours to a person's prospecting without getting completely burned out on the phone.

Hi! I am so happy I came across your videos. You seem like an awesome coach. I can’t wait till I make some money and I can hire you depending on how expensive you are quick question however, how does a brand new agent afford to purchase dialer or system that provides listing leads? Im on the brink of Having to find a job to be able to keep my house and pay utilities until I get a transaction. So, I’ll have to do it “the old fashion way” and dial with my little finger. Lol.
