Greece: 80% mountains making sure that around every corner there is a breathtaking view. 16.000 km of the most pristine coastline, 6000 islands each unique with own natural beauties, history, culture, cuisine, traditions and dances, unparalleled history, incredible culture, incredible natural beauty. Heavenly cuisine, and incredibly warm people. Also Greece receives 30 million tourists this year, not 16.9 million. That was 4 years ago. Since then Greece tourist statistics has been growing for 10+% per year.

Also Greece surface area may be 132.000 km2, which is not huge on the world scale, since there are 6000 islands consisting of 17% of Greece's surface area and 83% mainland, Greece is spread over 1000km by 1000km. The mainland and each island is overfilled with countless of things to see and the entire nation is 80% mountains filled with secrets, history, natural splendors, towns and villages, that I can 100% say that you need a whole lifetime to discover Greece. The country is simply that densely filled and interesting. For me it's my favorite country on earth as it is one of the exceptionally few countries that has the combination of everything. That combination is in short exceptional mountains and natural beauty, exceptional seascapes, exceptional food, exceptional history and culture and exceptional and worldfamous hospitality. That combination is extremely rare

ok - how do I know Greece? It is a country with people who are very proud of their heritage. They laugh, cry, and live for every single moment of their lives. They are fair, just and they will love you regardless of where you come from. How do I know Greece is the face that those who live in the United States of America are among the best people one could ever meet in their entire lifetime - and - even though I am not of Greek origin - I attest that this is an age that Greek people will be cared for - accepted and loved.
