This is just one side of the story. She was told beforehand that there would be consequences. She should not highjack a family function to promote her agenda.

Thank you to this university. Love the person but not the sin. She knows this and is obviously trying to push her beliefs. Your flag doesn’t represent “love”. I will be sending my kids to this university or any one who holds to their Catholic beliefs. Would you go to a conservative Muslim school and expect them to deviate from their beliefs?

She was so brave! I experienced decades of homophobic abuse from an FUS professor who worked against LGBT human rights. Didn't Jesus supposedly say "love your neighbour"?
