Reasons:
1. Youtube has some songs that are not even there.
2. It does not even need Internet.
3. It even has scores, so you can have an accurate singing battle.

A TV with Wifi 🛜 using YouTube and an inexpensive karaoke 🎤 machine works, or a iPhone 📱 or Tablet with Bluetooth capability with an inexpensive bluetooth karaoke 🎤 machine works simple enough in my opinion experience.

Kind of misses the benefits of a karaoke machine such as key changes, tempo changes, scoring, sound effects from the controller, etc.

Just get a basic dynamic microphone, a mic cable, and a speaker with aux + mic connection (make sure your mic cable is compatible with the speaker).

You don't need a wireless setup or audio interface. Besides, it'll be way cheaper if you buy the three things listed above. Lastly, don't snooze on used items. Not everything needs to be new.
