9 The Little Prince

Have you ever read “The Little Prince” by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry? Many people see it and assume it’s a book for children. And although children love it, it is a really a charming story with many observations about adults, life and human nature.

Exupéry talks about topics of love, loneliness, friendship and loss through the eyes of the little prince. I’ve read it over and over.

Another great book of his is “Night Flight” as well as his memoir “Wind, Sand and Stars.” If you haven’t read it I hope you pick it up and read it. It’s also a great one to read with your kids.

In high school French class we had to read it in French - I think I'll understand more if I try again in English 🙂
