The problem is, when these star kids have zero acting talent, no screen presence, no charisma... and the audience rejects them and they are still given chance and shoved into our faces. ex: Arjun Kapoor

Hrithik Roshan is a rare nepotism star kid that was accepted with open arms by public after his 1st movie Kaho Na Pyar Hai.

The actual problem is that most starkids don't want to be actor, they want to stars like their parents why should we waste our money on this already rich people to make them even more richer

If you work hard and deliver, star kid or not, you deserve applause.
Example: Hrithik Roshan.

Your video proves the point about the non-essential life struggles of nepo kids. When 1 billion people have struggled to fill plates for family and afford education for their kids, nepo kids' struggle is surreal and non-essential for 99% of the population. Its similar to saying that Uncle Bill's kid struggling to choose between rolls and a Ferrari is a life struggle.

As once famously said by sushant singh rajput : Nepotism is not a problem, but if big star kids deliberately kill non nepo kids avenues than it is a problem

People don't have problems with Nepo kids, But when a guy like Aditya Roy Kapoor gets 10+ movies without giving a single hit, It becomes a point of concern

At the end of it, it's all about the acting, not many people hate a good actor.

To be very honest with you, if you talk about gen Z star kids, Babil Khan, is a very good example of how you can be a good actor despite coming from a privileged background

It's a perspective tbh, in absolute terms it does not QUALIFY to be called "STRUGGLE". I'm a student in private university, one of the top and most expensive ones out there and I see 10 yr olds selling chhole bhature to support their family and they're much mature than I am. So it's not like I don't have problems in my life (there're exams and pressure of placements) but in the end, my failed lifestyle (of earning 6 LPA at service based company) will be their dream lifestyle so their struggle is wayyy higher than mine.

Nepotism can't coexist with talent. So we don't want nepotism we want good talent like Sushant who is in grave.

Most nepo kids don't go to NSD or work in theatre/drama to hone their skills, craft like struggling outsiders & spend most of their teenage life partying, enjoying their privileges & then they're directly launched in bjg budget film where they do surface level acting, if film flops they blame that just cause they're born into privileged family they're not liked

Being an Outsider the most difficult part is to find the first opportunity to show my Capabilities.... That's what Star kids are privileged for they find there first film or opportunity so easily which i didn't find in last 3 years. Even after doing theatre and taking professional Acting classes....

Points raised by Priyanka and early Kangana are still valid. Also 1:38 sums its up.
One must also raise that being a female outsider appears to have different challenges for male outsiders.

12:35 I disagree here, the society looks at them differently because these are celebrities but the twist here is that these starkids secretly want to be looked up to and praised while pretending to trying hard to fit into the middle class narrative.
Imagine experiencing all that wealth could offer and then thinking that it would be better if they were born in a normal family, barely anyone would think that way. They say stuff in interviews so that the idea of a struggle will be created in the minds of the audience and ultimately their movies will grab in more money and they will get all the applause they want. I never felt anything genuine in what they say, it feels like they are serving a cooked up story to get the audience to like them because the audience are the cash cows that can be easily manipulated.
