Relic Entertainment will be adding in new infantry skins to existing units in Company of Heroes 2 when the next patch hits thanks to the modders, Pavel Osinyagov, Kasarov and Rita.

It seems historical accurate that the British infanteries winter one doesn't work. It was like that in the Norwegian campaign as well.

The new skins are really nice, imagine getting infantry skins that are like vehicle skins. People could make Africa skins or Italian army, or German Kreigsmarine.

I'm really into CoH2 infantry that I've spent years to learn about editing and re-skin, this is just like a dream come true for me.

Finally! Vanilla skins for the Ostheer looked somewhat WWI to me. This is great news indeed.
Now for CoH3, I’d love to see this being implemented as well. And the option to have native voices for each faction, whilst retaining English UI of course.

As someone who plays the UKF a lot (mostly due to their voicelines being the best dont @ me), I love the new look for the Raid Sections. Not so keen on the Assault Section's brighter color though.

Also makes me nostalgic for Company of Heroes 1 and how much modders are able to add in custom models and textures.

Here's hoping CoH3 isn't as strict when it comes to modding, or call me crazy, perhaps they are finally letting loose on CoH2 modding and we may be able to get custom models in soon.

Kind of wish they would change the british air borne officer to have Commando body guards instead of infantry section.

Would be cool if they could allso fit existing skins onto new commander units like fx the OKW tiger so it could get camouflage instead of panzer grey only.

If only they would also change the Tiger Ace to the original CoH look.

Black with the symbol looks better than a piss gold one.

Or hell even allow the community to do it themselves through mods.
