honestly a solid build, I keep underestimating how much dagger of frenzy does, the only item that i can see swapping out often would be shoguns, as berserkers or pharo's tend to be just better choices. If people are comfortable with more than 1 active item. I want to test out some of the build with bloodforge as well, but i think dagger of frenzy just might be the better pick.
