Based on the comments I was expecting these to cost millions.
So I went to their website and looked through their pricing PDF.
Yeah, no.
These are insanely affordable. In fact, they're equal to OR LESS than most homes in most areas of the US today.
Now, once you factor in land cost, sewer, water, power, and such, yeah. It'll ultimately be more. But not by much. These aren't homes "only for the very rich".
If you bought a house at 2023 prices, you could probably afford one of these.

They never include the cost. shit probably runs 1 mil easy just to do the logs.

This show was so sad, log homes that destroy gorgeous trees, is not innovative. How did this make the show? I was so excited thinking these were plastic realistic trees, now that is innovative. No more tree wasting! 🌳🌲🌳
