Sir after 2004 the 'ide' became 'ido'. So it would be chlorido (in the coordination sphere) etc.

Well rules of naming the ligand has now changed...(basically it will be ide--> ido) for example for chloride we write chlorido We dont write chloro anymore)
Pls correct me if I'm wrong...Otherwise nice explaination
