Please ask me a question: is the double-sided tape you are referring to already glued from the factory to the back of where the battery is located, or did you actually use double-sided tape to stick the battery to the device?

Hello sir, I successfully replaced my battery (BP42), but I'm facing a problem — the back cover doesn't sit flush with the frame. There's a noticeable gap above the volume button. It seems like the new battery is slightly thicker and sits a bit higher than the inner frame. Did you experience anything like this when you replaced yours? I am sure it is BP42 battery
