Re-jigged the front end of my Micro Pedal Flow: No stem flex, chunkier look, more ergonomic handling dynamics, proper riser bars with sweep angle and a properly engineered folding stem. Plus 1" to 1 1/8" Head-tube/steerer conversion made by a local CNC engineers shop.

Old video but just wondering:

1. How did you manage to press out the stem in the end? I’m trying to do a similar conversion but instead of cutting, I’m going to use spacers at the bottom.

2. In your other video, you installed a disc brake. How did you get the brake rotor on? The wheels the pedalflow comes with doesn’t seem to have any notches to fit a rotor in. Did you replace the wheel as well?

Thank you!
