One of the best advices I've ever gotten was from a stranger walking his dog in the middle of a night exactly 2 years ago. I couldn't sleep and went outside. Saw this man, probably in his 70s. He started telling me about how he retired 10 or so years ago, and made everything about his family. And he said "At the end, happy life is really about the people surrounding you".

Very good backgroudn music VRock!! The term 'You're gonna die.' can come across as harsch and could create resistance, I felt like that in the beginning!
