Hello everybody!

Today I will show you how to make poached lemons at home.
Why should you do that? Well the homemade lemons are Better and tender than the bought ones. You can use them to make ice cream, sorbets and for an amazing dessert called The LEMON.
I will take you step by step to this wonderful recipe and you will not regret making it.

For a big jar I used 2 big bio lemons and one bio lime. Sugar: 600 g. Water: 750 ml. I know, it is too much sugar but you will not eat it all at once. At least I hope so…
