Masks can be pretty harsh on the skin if you use it EVERY DAY lol. Most people recommend only using masks 1-3 times a week, bc if not it can really damage the skin.

I love skincare! My appreciation for it comes from problem skin too. I've learned a lot of it is trial and error to find what works best for your skin. That and a lot of patience without the expectation that a product will make your skin flawless. You mention how left on makeup causes you to breakout, If you don't have one already, I'd recommend a pulsating cleanser tool (like Foreo or Clarisonic) to get a quick but very effective cleanse.

I feel your struggle ! I got combination skin as well & member I even had to take accutane! The Dr recommended cerave products and cetaphil. I haven’t had a break out in years!I use dove beauty bar to wash my face, witch hazel toner and I use my own towel to dry my face. I use cetaphil spf face moisturizer and do the same thing at night except I use cerave moisturizing cream. I haven’t worn make up in more than a year! I love you cuz I hope it works!🙂

good that you were able to find something that works... I have always been lucky and not getting acne, however my cousin had is so bad and I always felt bad for him because he would try everything... thanks for sharing.
