The runner rounded the bases and was chilling in the dugout by the time that ball was caught. 😂😂😂

It’s a football field 😅 which is 300 feet which is how far most average ball players throw lol.

Only a ten-year-old would say a throw like this merits an MLB contract.

I don't have any acquaintances that can throw that far and accurately, nor was anyone in my highschool able to do that. I don't have the eye-hand coordination to catch that. So things like this are fun to watch. The sound of the catch is so nice.

Man, I can totally picture this dude wearing a full football uniform trying to make that catch! 😂 It's like a crossover episode of baseball and football. The throw is legendary in its own right! 🏈⚾️

Forget MLB he needs to be in the NFL🔥🔥

The distance between first and third base is 127 feet or 42 yards. Almost half that distance in the video. And the MLB requires a throw of the video distance only get maybe 20 feet off the ground not 100 feet off the ground like this video.

That ball was thrown about 350 ft. in the air.He can probably throw about 87-97 MPH off the mound depending on his experience and his mechanics.Impressive indeed.

Every high school ballplayer can do that

Looks like he needs to be in the NFL possibly

He’s probably a pitcher long-tossing. The goal was likely distance rather than to make the throw on a line

Maybe not MLB but how about Olympics 2028 in LA for Javelin!🎉
USA had one thrower in the top 32 (26th) and zero in the top 12 that made it to compete in the medal finals.
This guy could go for GOLD!

110 yards which is 330 feet. Basically a standard throw from the outfield to home, except with an extra 10 seconds of hang time to ensure the guy scores on a tag up from second lol.

Arcing throws take too long, to arrive on the field to make a play.

In 1967, I saw Willie Mays throw a guy out at third base from the warning track at Forbes Field in Pittsburgh, who was rounding second.

Willie's throw never got over 15/20 feet from the ground. About 375 ft.

The proverbial 'Frozen Rope."
