Winter RV Camping In A Blizzard Ice Storm. I took Buddy the camper van up to 1700m to camp in what was forecast to be snow but turned into a major ice storm. Any rain that hit the van froze immediately. This was a tough camp. ❤️AB

Canadian here... you need a hood that comes forward and frames your face better. The hood on that coat is shaped wrong and allows the wind to get up under it.

#1.starting gas first time you start the cooking stove first. The air will be removed from the lines and furnace and fridge lites easier. You don’t need to open a window that is why there are slits in the sides of the camper where the furnace, fridge and water heater is. In snow you need to cover your wind shield and lift the wipers. Cover mirrors with bags. Good luck next time.
