Marie, it’s so refreshing to see a video that doesn’t have annoying music playing. Love the build too!

I can't tell you how many times I have come back and watched this video to get help with a project. There is so much valuable information packed into this video! The final product is absolutely beautiful. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and skill! Hope you are doing well.

I like the method you used for attaching the bearing to both the bottom and the top. Your method is, in my opinion, the most sensible way of going about attaching the hardware. I bought a lazy susan a while ago and that is exactly how they attached the bearing. Nice build with the chopping board top, that was a nice touch.

I love how you say pilot hole instead of the stupid "pre-drilling" most people use! Cheers Marie.

Excellent video, perfect sequencing, and thanks for pointing out where to attach to base, small holes in plate.

Beautiful color and pattern on the lazy susan. When I make a lazy susan I router out the backside of the top board to a diameter 1/4" bigger than the bottom board and to a depth equal to the thickness of the bottom board. That gives it an effective look of hovering above the table by the thickness of the bearing.

Very nice combination of wood. I like the fact that you are willing to say, Oops, and share it. We all goof up occasionally, but some YouTubers seem to never make a mistake. Thanks for the tip on centering on a circle.

Great video. Marvelous job on Lazy Susan. When I was in high school long before you were born. girls were not allowed to take up woodshop but boys could take up homemaking. I wanted take woodshop but I could not.  It is nice to see lady(s) on you tube doing wood shopping. You go ladies
