I like Hormozi a lot. Not only because of his way of phrasing what he thinks about and acts on it, but also because it's straightforward. It's not a roundabout way of telling how to transform yourself, it's simply "That's the reality of things and when you actually think about it from this pov, it's not so bad and can actually help you" - great as always. From both of them. I see them as role models for myself as a man.

I’m currently going through the toughest battle I’ve had to in my life, so far. This is exactly how I framed it in my mind “when it’s over, it will be a story I can tell to others and myself” and honestly that is what has given me the endurance to get through it and face it with energy and persistence. It’s amazing to see that I framed my struggle the same way one of my hero’s does. Love you Alex, appreciate all your wisdom you share!

This message is real and inspiring. If you really want to win in life, you have to embrace the toughest time in the journey.

Don't be so down, come on young homie
You'll be okay, you'll find real love.
All of the stories, the hero gets lonely.
Now is the time to show what you're made of.

This is a great analogy. My Rocky cut scene lasted for nearly 10 years where I was working hard but not seeing the results. Now I make a fortune. I wanted to kill myself so many times through that period too. You gotta get through it.

I'm watching this now while I'm in a shelter for the past 8 months, and it's funny because this is exactly how I feel every day all the time.

the logic of "you won't matter you'll be dead" is what has gotten me through the last 10 years, you'll learn if you ever come close to it though, dying sucks a lot. And if you're relying on the "if things get bad i'll just kill myself" thought in your head, the fact is if the things get bad you probably won't. I wish it would though but it often doesn't

A person who lose can view it two ways. They can think. "Losing is what happens to me" and give up or they can think "I lost but what did it teach me for the next competition". Is there really a loser when you are top of you game competing with the giants in field? You are one of the giants. That's what happens when you take the lessons failure to very end.

The look in his eyes at the end switched to partial psychopath mode it's awesome 😎. Statistically psychopaths are more successful because they are very goal oriented but the downside is that women are becoming increasingly attracted to men with psychopathic traits so divorce rates are going up.There is such a thing as good partial psychopaths and infact we are all psychopaths, sociopaths and narcissists due to psychology research but just to different degrees. It's our goal orientated nature that makes us this way. I have known a pretty nasty psychopath like a vigilante who still maintained dignity and respect for the weak it wasn't uncommon to wake up the next day or during the night to screaming and blood due to him dishing out his brand of justice and he was never short of pussy either 😂. Done a lot of jail time though but it's like they say people who have suffered greatly are usually more successful and stronger than others but it's a fine line where too much suffering can switch to full blown psychopath mode and that shit is brutal but a side effect of modern society. What to

Hey, what's the thing on Hormozi's nose? Is that to hold his nose open to breathe better?
