Billy Graham says that God hears the prayers of all people all over the world.

The Bible says in John 9:31 KJV, “Now we know that God heareth not sinners: but if any man be a worshipper of God, and doeth his will, him he heareth”. The Bible also says in James 5:16d KJV, “The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much”. God does not hear the prayers of sinners. The Bible says in Romans 10:13 KJV, “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved”.
Call on the name of he Lord and be saved. If you pray and you still have sin, you’re praying in vain. The Bible also says in Hebrews 4:16 KJV, “Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need”.

When going into the presence of God, ask God to take control of the prayer, that His will be done, after that you should start off with thanksgiving, praising God for all that He has done today, in your life, in the life of others, praise God for saving you, and just worship him. Next, you should ask for forgiveness of any sin that you may have committed, today, yesterday, any I confessed sin, confess them before Him and repent. Ask for the cleansing of His blood as you come into His presence. Then, you can ask God for the grace to stop sinning, and be specific, ask for the grace to stop masturbation, ask for the grace to put in the effort to stop sinning, so that you’re not just ask for the grace, but that your determining in your heart that you won’t sin. Pray for the grace to be patient and for the grace to have faith. Cry out your heart to God, ask Him for the grace to make it to the Heaven, and more, according to your prayers. Also make sure that you are praying according to the will of God, which is according to the word of God.

It is possible to be perfect, Jesus tells us in Matthew 5:48 KJV, “Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect”. The Bible also says in 1 Peter 1:16 KJV, “Because it is written, Be ye holy, for I am holy”.

May God help us all to make Heaven and to fear Him, and take Him seriously, In Jesus’ name, AMEN!
