First Lady Dr. Jill Biden arrived in western Washington Monday afternoon to kick off a West Coast tour of military facilities.

Biden will tour Joint Base Lewis-McChord Tuesday morning before speaking with military families about their experiences during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Biden is expected to visit Naval Air Station Whidbey Island Tuesday afternoon.
