These homemade CHOCO TACOS are a tasty kitchen disaster! #summervibes

✨Recipe:
Stroopwafels
Vanilla Ice cream
Baking Chocolate
Peanuts

Directions:
1. Heat the stroopwafel in the microwave for 10 seconds. Bend into a taco shape, being careful not to burn yourself. Place in some sort of stand to hold shape while cooling.
2. In a medium bowl, add ice cream and chocolate syrup. Mix lightly to get ripples of chocolate. Add ice cream to cooled stroopwafel taco shells and freeze for 2 hours.
3. Melt your baking chocolate carefully to not break temper. Toss in chopped peanuts and stir to combine.
4. Dip fully frozen tacos into chocolate, careful not to leave ice cream behind.
5. Let cool, serve, and enjoy! 😊

i love this!!! one tip for the future is to freeze the ice cream after u put it in the “taco” so it gets better results when dipping. i hope this helps!💓

I've read that when making these, you should freeze them for a bit after stuffing the tacos and before dipping them in chocolate. Less mess, and the chocolate is more likely to stick.

The reason the shell wasn’t forming was because you needed to heat it up over boiling water, and as soon as you take it off form it, it hardens quick
